- A short written summary of the discussion and recommended next steps.
Partner Shortlist
- An agreed research brief defining your category, markets and selection criteria.
- A shortlist of up to 10 German and European companies matched to the brief.
- A company profile for each candidate covering products, company size, export experience and fit, based on available information.
- The selection and ranking criteria used for the shortlist.
- A review session to discuss the shortlist and refine it with you.
Partner Introductions
- An outreach list approved by you, covering up to 5 to 8 companies.
- Outreach and follow-up coordination until a response or a clear decision.
- Coordination of first meetings online or on site where the other party agrees.
- A short written summary after each meeting.
- A status record showing responses and recommended next steps.
Custom Package
- A written scope of work tailored to your requirements.
- Agreed deliverables, responsibilities, fees and timing before work begins.
- Project updates and a final handover in the format agreed for the engagement.
