Selected experience

Cross-border challenges.
Practical involvement.

Selected anonymized examples of our founder’s work in document recovery, technology cooperation, machinery imports, sourcing and partnership development. Names are withheld to respect confidentiality.

Most of the partnership engagements described here progressed to signed contracts. The individual examples below describe the contribution made; contract signing and production launch are separate milestones.

Case 01

Export documentation recovery

Challenge
A shipment had reached its destination, but the importer had only scanned documents. Attempts to reach the German exporter received no response.

What we did
We reviewed the scans, traced the shipment details, contacted the shipping company in Germany and coordinated with the relevant authorities to obtain replacement documents and certified copies where needed.

Result / contribution
The missing-document issue was resolved and the replacement paperwork was sent to the destination for the import-clearance process.

Case 02

Agricultural waste: partnership & technology transfer

Challenge
An Arab company sought German agricultural-waste processing expertise and support to establish local production lines.

What we did
We supported partnership and technology-transfer coordination between the Arab company and a German processing company, including a partial German funding component.

Result / contribution
The engagement supported a coordinated technology-transfer and production-line proposal, with a partial German funding component included in the project discussions.

Case 03

Renewable energy: local manufacturing partnerships

Challenge
A renewable-energy project sought to introduce a new technology with partial manufacturing in Arab markets.

What we did
We supported the development of local partnerships and discussions around technology cooperation and partial local manufacturing.

Result / contribution
The engagement supported a partnership approach linking the technology, local partners and proposed partial manufacturing in Arab markets.

Case 04

European EV charging partnerships for the Gulf

Challenge
A Gulf company wanted to develop partnerships with European EV charger companies.

What we did
We helped the company explore and pursue relevant European EV charging partnerships for its Gulf-market requirements.

Result / contribution
The company received support in identifying and approaching relevant European EV charging partners for the Gulf.

Case 05

European organic cosmetics sourcing

Challenge
A cosmetics company needed access to organic cosmetics products from European companies.

What we did

Result / contribution
The company received support in accessing European organic cosmetics products and potential supplier relationships.

Case 06

Used production printing machinery from Germany
