German & European Partner Introductions
Structured outreach and first-meeting coordination for Gulf and Arab businesses seeking European partners.
Open the right commercial conversations
Identifying a possible partner is the beginning of a business relationship. The next challenge is explaining your opportunity clearly, reaching an appropriate contact and establishing whether there is mutual interest. HMA supports Gulf and Arab businesses in approaching German and European companies through a defined Partner Introductions engagement.
This service is intended for businesses ready to present a concrete proposal: a distribution opportunity, a sourcing requirement, a technology cooperation project or another clearly described commercial objective. We work from an approved company list and agree the outreach scope with you before starting.
Prepare a credible introduction
A useful introduction gives the prospective partner enough context to evaluate the opportunity. Before outreach, we help clarify who your company serves, which territory you cover, what you want to achieve and why the proposed relationship could be relevant. Your business remains responsible for the accuracy of its corporate information, capabilities and commercial representations.
For a Gulf distribution proposal, this may mean explaining your customer segments, channels, service capabilities and intended product range. For an industrial cooperation project, it may mean setting out the production objective, the technology required and the proposed roles. We identify missing information early so that initial contact is more focused.
Our introduction process
- Approve the target list. You confirm the companies and priorities for outreach. If the list has not been prepared, our German Supplier Shortlist service can be a first step.
- Agree the message. We establish the purpose of contact and the business information that may be shared.
- Approach potential partners. We contact relevant businesses and follow up within the agreed scope.
- Coordinate interested responses. Where there is interest, we help arrange the first discussion and clarify the next practical steps.
- Report the outcome. We summarize responses, outstanding questions and recommended follow-up.
What the package delivers
- An approved target list and an agreed outreach approach.
- A clear introduction brief based on your company information.
- Outreach and follow-up activity within the written scope.
- Coordination of initial meetings where the contacted companies agree.
- A summary of responses and next actions for your team.
The proposal states the number of companies, the outreach period, the reporting format and the extent of meeting coordination. A company may decline, request more information or not respond. An introduction therefore cannot guarantee a meeting, an exclusive territory, a signed contract or a sale.
Partnerships across different sectors
Our selected experience includes helping a Gulf company explore partnerships with European EV charging businesses. The contribution centered on identifying and approaching relevant potential partners for Gulf-market requirements. Another engagement involved partnership and technology-transfer coordination between an Arab company and a German agricultural-waste processing company.
We have also supported renewable-energy partnership discussions involving proposed partial manufacturing in Arab markets. Most of the partnership engagements described in our selected cases progressed to signed contracts. Each case is presented anonymously, and a signed agreement should be distinguished from later implementation, manufacturing or commercial launch.
Keep decisions with the right specialists
The first meeting is an opportunity to test commercial fit and understand what further work is needed. Product performance, certification, intellectual property, territorial rights and financial commitments may require separate technical, legal or financial advice. We can help coordinate the discussion within the agreed scope while your company and its advisers make the relevant decisions.
If negotiations or implementation support are needed after the introductions, we can propose a Custom Package. This may cover coordination across several parties, document follow-up or ongoing representation. Additional services are agreed in writing before work begins.
Pricing and next steps
Partner Introductions fees are available on request and depend on the approved target list, the complexity of the opportunity and the expected coordination. Send your company profile, target market and intended partnership objective, or book a Discovery Session to discuss the most practical starting point.
Discuss your sourcing priorities
Start with a 30-minute Discovery Session for €200 on Google Meet, or send your company requirements for a scoped proposal.
